This is the second album of my photographs of the glorious and beautiful Southampton Old Cemetery.

The exiled Argentine politician, General Rosas was initially buried in Southampton Old Cemetery until his body was exhumed in 1989 and repatriated to the La Recoleta Cemetery in Argentina. His tomb remains as a memorial.

Though cast iron grave markers seem to be fairly common around this part of Southern England, this was the only one I could see at this cemetery.
This scene seemed to demand black and white. It's the only one in my Southampton albums.
